The innovative packaging solution has been adapted to practical needs and specially developed for cleanroom use. The double PE sack provides noticeably more safety in pharmaceutical production.
With former conventional sacks, any contamination adhering to the outside could be unintentionally carried into cleanroom areas. The new double PE sack solves this problem. The stable inner and outer sacks effectively prevent contamination from reaching highly sensitive production areas. This means that safety is substantially increased for handling pharmaceutical substances.
The new double PE sack solution has some convincing details to show for itself: Its high stability ensures good transport and storage safety. The perforation seam separating the inner from the outer sack offers extreme ease of handling. Once the outer sack is removed, no contamination can enter the cleanroom area via the packaging. All these details offer a full packaging solution for cleanroom use.
A decisive advantage for the user is the labeling of the inner sack with all important product data. This avoids mixups and time-consuming filling processes.
